Crysis 2 - Death Slide Trophy / Achievement Guide

Single Player: Kill 5 enemies while sliding. Pretty simple. This can be done at any time. Shoot your weapon while sliding and that's it. You don't have to kill 5 enemies in a row with sliding attacks. No need to do it in one life or in one level. This can be tried through the whole game.
