For base : Any biscuits or graham crackers : 100 grams Unsalted melted butter : 25 grams For cheesecake filling : Cream cheese : 200 grams Sour cream : 1/2 cup or 100 grams Sugar : 1/4 cup/50 grams Fresh cream/heavy cream : 50ml/1/4 cup Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon Lemon juice : 3/4 tea spoon Corn flour/corn starch : 1 table spoon Egg : 1 Preheat oven in 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes bake for 15 minutes and let them cool completely and chill it in refrigerator for 4 hours and serve
