Breaking: Detective shot in search for barricade suspect

A source tells 11 News the officer who was shot is a detective whose vehicle was stolen by the suspect, David Linthicum. The source told 11 News that a chase ensued but that the suspect bailed out in a wooded area. A heavy Baltimore County police presence has converged at Shock Trauma in Baltimore. The suspect is still being sought.
