Chicken tries to escape toum

I made the Lebanese toum sauce last week and as promised here's a dish to go with it. Simple lemon pepper marinaded chicken backed and served with oven roasted bell pepper, tomato, and rice seasoned with saffron, sumac, and butter. I also garnished it with sumac onion.
