Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix and then add them to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer into 6 8-cm or 3-inch ramekins or a muffin tray. bake for 16-20 minutes at 160°C or 320°F. Meanwhile, add pudding powder with milk into a bowl and whisk with an electric hand mixer for 2 minutes. Then add casein and keep mixing for one more minute until thick. Add cocoa, casein, and milk to a bowl and mix for 1 minute until cocoa powder is hydrated and it turns into a chocolate frosting. Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool down. Cut into the donuts around the edges and at a 45° angle to create a crater. Add 1 big scoop of filling, add the top part, and then add some of the frosting on top. Repeat with all donuts. Done!
