This spinach smoothie is so great for hiding the green vegetables from your toddler! Lucas absolutely loved it (and drank the entire container!). I had my husband taste test one bite, and he thought the green color came from avocados. When I told him it was the spinach, he exclaimed "you put spinach in this?!?!".
