El Mencho reportedly arrested in SF in 1980s | West Coast Wrap

'El Mencho', the drug kingpin killed in Mexico by Mexican security forces over the weekend, was reportedly arrested for drug trafficking in San Francisco in 1986 and later deported. He was arrested again there in 1989 and at that time sentenced to five years in federal prison.
