Here's a secret-ish way to kill Francesca De Santis in HITMAN: the virus prototype. The virus prototype can be found by breaking the model ship in the storage room next to Silvio Caruso's bedroom. It's genetically encoded to only target Francesca, so nobody else can be killed with it. I only found out about this kill method well AFTER I was already done with HITMAN (season 1) methods and had also stopped uploading in general because I lost my monetization privileges and my views went down the toilet.
