We have watched with the shepherds, searched with the wise men, and joined with the angels in great rejoicing! Having seen Your light, having heard Your Word, having praised Your name, guide us like Simeon to depart this season in peace. In our leaving, may we embrace more fully the gift of Your Son, so that our lives proclaim the good news of great joy, Emmanuel, God is with us! The Savior has come! With thanksgiving we pray, Amen.
