Session description: We recently went through a large integration and fusion event in which our system crashed down to 7 or so alters from 400. This session shares some observations and perspectives on the journey, including how the process forced us to reckon with the definition of "headmate" really meant to us. Presenter bio: The Arcades live in Chicago and work in the tech industry. Outside of work, many of them love to write, play pinball, and make new friends.
