Sekiro Guardian Ape Charmless+Demon Bell no upgrades/prosthetics no damage

This was done with base atk/vit, no skills and no prosthetic tools. Hands down the hardest part of this is maintaining the stunlock for over two minutes. When starting a new round of stuns, you're definitely better off being too late (Ape gets away before you can stun him) than too early, because in the latter case you have to start the entire process all over again, whereas in the former case you just need to hit Ape once with the sword to resume the stunlock. In the beginning, there are only two attacks that have a long enough cool down to safely use the first mortal draw: the uppercut into flail (the on in the video) and the poop fling. Luckily I got one of them very quickly. If you keep your distance, the only attack you'll have to deflect is the one where Ape rushes in, does a quick swipe and retreats. Second phase is pretty easy if you play as conservatively as I do. It's basically just a matter of being patient and being very aware of when Ape starts doing the 4 thrust move at a really weird angle (he likes to do this when his AI gets confused). That's usually RIP run unless you manage to catch it early and run away or deflect one of the later thrusts. Going the short range slash deflects could probably save a few minutes, but it's not worth it in my opinion.
