The 2019-20 Australian Region Cyclone Season featured several significant tropical cyclones, most notably Cyclone Damien which struck the coast of Western Australia as a major cyclone, and also the breeding ground of Category 5 Cyclone Harold later in the season when it formed in the Coral Sea.
