Officials from Russia and Ukraine held a new round of talks on Monday. The aim is to end the military conflict. The sides spoke by video link, yet no agreement was reached. However, more discussions are scheduled for Tuesday. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue to move closer to the country's capital city.
