After fencing at least 500 gold in stolen items, meet with S'Krivva to receive this mission. 2. Travel to Anvil and steal the recommendation letter. 3. Have a new recommendation letter forged. 4. Sneak into the Imperial Legion Offices to seal the letter with the official seal. 5. Deliver the letter to Countess Millona Umbranox. 5. Take the "Transfer Orders" to Hieronymus Lex. 6.
