Along the way I dealt with Crystal Switch puzzles, Hardhat Beetles, flying floor tiles, and finally defeated Moldorm to earn the Pendant of Wisdom. With all three Pendants collected, it was finally time to head into the Lost Woods and claim the Master Sword. After pulling the legendary blade, Zelda was captured again, leading to a climb through Hyrule Castle Tower and a battle against Agahnim himself. After defeating Agahnim, the game completely changed as I was pulled into the Dark World for the very first time. I explored the new world, grabbed the Quake Medallion, collected more Pieces of Heart, and eventually made my way toward the Palace of Darkness. Inside the Palace of Darkness, the difficulty definitely ramped up. I fought through Helmasaurs, Bari, Goriyas, Terrorpins, collapsing floors, dark maze sections, and finally defeated the Helmasaur King to rescue the first maiden and earn Crystal #1. As always, there is NO commentary or talking in these videos — just chill gameplay.
