2012 All-Star Game (National League @ American League) [Last Good Looking All-Star Game]

Some fans might forget that Tony La Russa's last appearance in a Cardinals uniform was not Game 7 of the 2011 World Series, but rather the 2012 All-Star Game. This game is significant for a few other reasons: It was the last time (until 2023) that the NL would actually win the damn game. It was the last time the Navy Road Caps would be worn in All-Star Competition. It was the final ASG played in an American League park in which each player wore their actual team caps and uniforms. Since 2014, there has been some abhorrent money grab ASG ONLY cap and/or jersey worn by the players, and we're all worse off for it.
