Found out this game was backwards compatible on Xbone so I was going to give it a playthrough and see if multiplayer was enabled but it wasn't. I forgot this game had a "ChapterX" mode which is 6 missions which are essentially multiplayer matches against bots. There are 3 difficulties which are worm, vanilla and einstein. This run is performed on the hardest einstein difficulty. The AI have extremely good aim and are pretty relentless. They also "know" you are there if you are too close to them with cloak or disguise (and helicopters are freaking insane with AI, i lost a couple of minutes to that). There is also a reduction on the amount of AI on your team. This isn't a category on SR, but could be, idk. It's heavy on randomness and luck, but there are also some cool strats. I think this run could drop below 25 mins. Hopefully others will run this, I will explain the route etc. below. This run was also pacifist but that really doesn't matter. Second Assault - I start off with sneaker and get the immediate upgrade for the dagger. Dagger throws seem to have good dps against the barricades so I try and get as much use out of that as I can. After that I switch to DU tip on ranger to snipe the barricade rather than rely on getting lucky with an upgrade. I use a trick jump to get behind the opposition early and attack from behind. Ideally I would have a dagger here or do the jump with ranger, but its hard to reach without cloak. I then just attack from behind. This also distracts the AI and allows my teammates to push up and dps too. Final door I switch to ranger and snipe long range once again, AI derp when you prone snipe so I used that to get some nice damage. For the boss I simply get in the final room fast before any enemy AI block the door and hide behind the left door and snipe. It's a fast kill. After the Storm - Sneaker, cloak and stun. Easy. Just run three flags. This is a very consistent mission. Towards the Future - This is heavily luck based. You have to activate power links in order then reach the teleporter in the enemy base. My plan is to brute force quickly with the sneaker. Activating the first power link other side gives us the crypt spawn on their side of the map. It's vital I never lose this spawn. Otherwise it's a restart. I lost about 2 minutes as I had lost the crypt spawn and then died. The second run worked like clockwork. The big difference is on the second attempt, no AI died and then came across with me. Thats enough of a distraction for a fast win. Final strat is when i activate the final link. I just deathwarp and spawn in Crypt as it is right below the enemy teleporter. The AI will obviously be pushing up to the top link to so I would likely die anyway. 200 Years Later - This mission sucks bad. Helicopters on einstein difficulty are ridiculous. Theres two strats here, brute force and use the R-Hog to get a quick capture or setup a teleport from their base back to your base using gateways. I utilise both here as time was running low on the 3rd capture. Lost a couple of minutes here too, but honestly just managing to win this is good enough. The Artifact - Surprisingly very consistent. Once again, sneaker. Take the R-Hog to tower 1 to capture and take the upgrade. Straight to tower 2 on the hog to beat the AI there. I wait for the enemy team to capture their first tower before capping second so I can just run straight over and take it without having to wait too long or risk losing tower 2. I use disguise to get from 2 to 3 then to base. In base I dps with dagger and it's GG. This was smooth. Timesave comes from better luck on Tediz capturing their first base quicker. Melting Pot - I take an upgrade and use sneak for dagger dps. I go up to the sniper tower and then navigate to the second door before first is destroyed so I'm ready to DPS it. Unfortunately I didn't get a one cycle and lost a minute or more waiting for an upgrade, but the AI got it for me anyway. Final door I just prone snipe from spawn sniper tower for a quick destroy. Finally, just brute force for killing panther heart.AI do pretty well here so It's a quick kill. Got unlucky and spawn trapped a bit but fine. From my few hours of routing this, sub 25 can be done with some luck. Maybe even sub 20. I played this years ago but never got the chance to play any multiplayer games on live with this so I'm probably missing some knowledge to complete some maps faster. Anyway GG.
