This workout will make everyday life tasks easier, help you increase the intensity of our other training sessions, and even improve bone density! 30-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy with a slow tempo to maximize today's workout! I used 15-35lb/ 6.8-15.6kg as a reference.
