Starting slow to get good reflex memory. Custom Game, Ana Bots Hard and no abilities and shooting, for 10 minutes with Orisa, Lucio and Pharah on different maps. Day 2 - Focus Flicking: Aim Hero Reflex, Classic, Fast Aim mode: 4x2mn each exercise - progressively increasing the difficulty when reaching 90% accuracy. Starting slow to get good reflex memory.
