Now I know what some people might be thinking.. Why didn't she add in a thicker layer of buttercream before piping on the ruffles? Simply because if I did, I would be the cause of the instant one case diabetes. There would be waay too much buttercream on the outside of the cake in my opinion. If you like though you could add in a slightly thicker crumbcoat if you are worried that you can see past the ruffles. Alternatively you try to keep the ruffles as tight and as close as possible for best results. Thanks fr watching guys!!
