Vehicle Overturns Following High-Speed Police Chase; 2 Men Arrested

The incident occurred at the corner of Mopan and Mahogany Streets in Belize City. Two persons were detained at the scene while a third suspect is said to have escaped. It was captured on amateur video and one person is seen bleeding. Neighbours heard one of the men telling the officers that he hitched a ride. Police have not issued an official report on the matter, but security cameras captured the incident. Hipolito Novelo reports.
