During BIPOC Mental Health Month, we opened the opportunity to hear from young BIPOC voices, so they could share how they take care of their mental health. Part of Jeremiah’s regular mental health practices is being intentional about recharging his batteries while isolated in nature. He finds that amidst his own busy-ness it is important that he take time to isolate and take a breath away from it all. There’s no one right way to care for your mental health—just the one that works for you!
