The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about all the features of the IEDB database and tools, and to get hands-on individual support on how it can answer your research questions. Following the success of the virtual user workshops in 2020-2023, the IEDB hosted a 3-day virtual workshop in 2024 with over 800 registrations. Day 1 covered an overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure, and content. Day 2 explored the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource, and day 3 covered specialized topics such as 3D structure analysis, the IEDB application programming interface (API), cancer, and HIV resources. Dates: Wednesday, Nov. 5 - Friday, Nov. 7, 2024 Time: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Pacific Time) This workshop was free of charge and was delivered virtually via Zoom Webinar.
