Today I will share with you some amazing tips and lesser known ways to beat hot and humid Summer heat. When you think of the words "beat the Summer heat" you automatically think of drinking cold beverages, enjoying some cold treats such as ice cream or a zip of pina colada, or maybe just a classic drink from Starbucks such as frappuccino to quench your thirst and cool off your hot body. You also might think of taking a dip in the swimming pool or go to the beach. It could be just as simple as staying in a nice air conditioned house. Or by simply wearing a hat and using an umbrella to protect you from the hot Sun. Those are awesome and known ways to stay cool in a hot day but did you know that what your and fabrics choices can also make a difference when you want to keep your cool during hot and humid days? That is where I come in to share with you some of the tips and tricks that I learned over the years. And it's not too hot to handle very easy for everyone.
