Toshiba 49" TV, no backlight, 1 Flash only. LED Feedback circuit repair

This Toshiba LED TV model 49L310U has a single Screen Flash and no picture or backlight. I will show you how the led feedback circuit works and also the troubleshooting procedure. In this case we find open resistors in the Led- line coming off the base of one of the feedback circuit transistors located on the power supply board.
