Our Favorite Classes: Strength Training

Tiana explains why strength training is the class she is most excited about this semester. Strength Training As a result of taking this class, a student will understand and demonstrate the principles of strength training through the use of Cybex weight machines, free weights, and other training equipment. Each student will increase muscular strength and endurance, and acquire the knowledge to continue her own individualized muscular strength program in the future. (Video by Averi Gutierrez '12)
