Lake Shore Limited - First Train on the West Side Line to Penn (Amtrak 48-3)

A clip of Amtrak Lake Shore Limited # 48 (3) (Double Head P32 # 710 / 711), making a return to NY City and first train to use the re-opened West Side Line (Empire Connection), since the Summer 2018 of closure due to construction from New York Penn to Spuyten Duyvil. During the summer of 2018, all Amtrak trains went to NY Grand Central Terminal, while the Lake Shore Limited went to Boston entirely. As of Sept 3, only the LSL, Adirondack and Maple Leaf southeast bound train started to head to NYP, while Sept 4 starts the day of all trains to NY Penn and no more to GCT.
