Mr. Marv Barbullushi, expert from the RCC, Regional Cooperation Council

Keynote speech by Mr. Marv Barbullushi, an expert from the RCC - Regional Cooperation Council. Mr. Barbullushi presented the current status of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, a progress overview of RCC's action plan of it and provided an observation on the progress of the first year of implementation of the Green Agenda. This speech was done as part of the International Scientific Conference 'Green Agenda for Western Balkans' held on June 20-22, 2023, in Belgrade, Serbia and organized by University of Belgrade – Faculty of Geography. This was a comprehensive three-day event filled with inspiring keynotes, panel discussions and high-level networking. It brought together researchers and scholars from Europe and beyond, but also technology leaders, companies, institutions, policy makers and other stakeholders related to the Green Transition sector to discuss important topics leading to a successful implementation of the Green Agenda in the Western Balkan countries.
