Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 refines the gameplay of its predecessor, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts. The game and its DLCs feature six missions, distinctly categorized as "classic" or "long-distance." The classic missions offer an experience comparable to the last installment, as they involve a mix of infiltration, close-quarter combat, and stealthy elimination of targets closer than 400 meters (1,300 ft). However, long-distance shot missions require the player to eliminate targets exceeding 1,000 meters (3,300 ft).
