Cyber Sub-Zero 34% Lowstarting Midscreen Combo (1 Ex Bar)

Just another low startup combo this time with Cyber Sub, you'll notice the combo itself is 32% but with chip damage because the only way to get a low startup is by pressing 33 (the first 3 is a high) so the first 3 gives 2% chip damage.
