Corn is a very nutritious and tasty recipe as it is very rich in fiber and good source of Vitamin C and antioxidant. It consists of corn cooked in onion-tomato based gravy and with some traditional Indian spices. This quick recipe can be an excellent alternative to your everyday lunch recipes. It is loved by kids as well as all. Ingredients – To boil corn :- 2 glass water 1 ½ cup American sweet corn 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp . Oil 1 tbsp . butter 1cup onions finely chopped 1 tbsp . Garlic Ginger paste 1 cup Tomatoes finely chopped 2 tbsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) 1 tbsp Coriander cumin Powder (Dhaniya jeera Powder) 1 tsps Salt 1/4th cup chopped capsicum 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) 2 cups Boiled Sweet Corn 1 cup Kaju & Magaj Seeds Paste (method : 12 Kaju, 1 tblsp Magaj Seeds (Watermelon seeds)soaked in 1/4 cup water for 1/2 hour and grind it into fine paste) 2 tbsps grated Paneer 2 tbsp cheese 1 piece Charcoal (For smoky flavour) If charcoal is not available we can use cinnamon stick as well) 1 tsp Ghee (for adding on charcoal) 1 tblsp grated Cheese for garnish 3 tbsps. Coriander Leaves for garnish Serve hot with tandoori roti, paratha or jeera rice.
