Ingredients Paneer cubes -500 gm Onion (sliced) 250gm Cashew nuts 30 gm black pepper whole -8pcs Curd (whisked) 100 gm Fresh cream 50 gm Black pepper (crushed) 10gm Green chili 2 nos Ginger-garlic paste 20gm ghee -50gm Butter 20gm Cardamom (green) 8 Cloves 6 Bay leaf 2 Cinnamon stick 2 small Salt To taste Kasuri methi 2gm Method: 1. Gravy Base Prep: Boil onions ,black pepper and cashews in water for 10mins. Let it cool. Blend to a smooth paste. 2. Cooking the Curry: Heat ghee in a pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute. Lower flame, add whisked curd slowly while stirring continuously. Add onion-cashew paste. Cook till oil separates. Strain gravy and cook again . Add butter ,crushed black pepper, salt, and cook for 5–6 mins. 3. Add Paneer: Add paneer cubes and 1/4 cup water (adjust consistency). Cook for 4–5 mins on low flame. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi. Mix gently and cook for 1 min. 4. Finish: Garnish with black pepper and coriander (optional). Serve hot with naan or jeera rice.
