Upside down dessert: the easy snack that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS Apple slices Honey Puff pastry Powdered sugar Beaten egg METHOD 1. Pour 6 drizzles of honey on top of the baking paper. 2. Spread a little with a spoon. 3. Place apple slices on top of each drizzle of honey. 4. Add a splash of honey on top of the apples and place a rectangle of puff pastry on top of each batch of apples. Press the edges down well with your fingers. Brush with egg. 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF). 6.
