Pretty "meh" lift. I came back in with Janis this afternoon and decided to do a little heavy benching in lieu of tomorrow's session. Everything felt heavy, and I felt lousy, but 315 moved well enough to try a 10-lb. PR. This was an ugly lift, and my butt drifted up a bit off the bench, but it's good to hit it on a day when I felt pretty lousy. I think it's time to run another long-ish volume phase.
