Lars is best when used on the offensive side. he has many tools that keep his opponent baffled while he mixes them up. His lows are practically invisible, but can be troublesome if an opponent sees and launch punishes it. he is basically a character that has highly unsafe tools, but can be high rewarding and nightmarish if used correctly. Lars is at his best when using his mad attacks. Unlike his other tools, his mids are safe, so use them often to ensure your opponent does not duck. Recommended Tag Partners: Lee: The two playstyles work very well together. Both of them can control a match up with their fast pokes and offensive game. They can also abuse their low and mid attacks. They have very good punishers, and have great high and low crush games. Bob: Bob and Lars are exact opposites from one another. Bob can dish out huge damage, while Lars will chip away the rest of your opponents health. Strategies to try: Poking Strategy: Lars really shines with his outstanding pokes. he especially has very safe mid pokes, as well as annoying low pokes that slowly but painfully chips the opponents health. Try to read your opponent when using a poke, as they can attack and counter them somewhat easily. Do not rely on these pokes to win, they do not do the best damage and are recommended to slowly take away health when in a rsiky situation. Things to Practice: Dynamic Entry: You will have to use Dynamic Entry sparingly. Lars options from this move is very limited and not that useful, making it not recommended for non-rsiky players. Throws: Lar's throw game make up for Lars weaker pokes. So use them if you are more offensive.
