Blender 3.4: Texture unwrap seem problem

This tutorial is if you're having an issue/problem with Blender unwrapping your mesh and getting seems in your textures you can't fix no matter how you unwrap the model or move the mesh in the UV editor. In my case this was shown when I applied the bevel modifier but the issue my present itself in other ways too. The easy fix is to apply the scale.
