Oscar Grant's uncle critical of the bias in the defense experts in Mehserle trial
At the conclusion of the Johannes Mehserle trial, Oscar Grant's uncle, Cephus "Bobby" Johnson spoke to Alex Alonso from Streetgangs.com about the trial against the former BART officer. The experts for the defense were pro police and were not critical of how the officers conducted themselves on the platform on Jan 1, 2010. Prosecutor Stein characterized the defense experts as being extremely biased for the police by the money they were earning.
