17 Meghalaya students trapped in Ukraine, State Govt asks for Centre’s help

#Meghalaya | The Meghalaya government has shot off a letter to the Ministry of External Affairs to rescue the stranded students from the state in war torn Ukraine. The government also urged the MEA to ensure the safe return of all citizens hailing from Meghalaya. Meanwhile, Meghalaya chief secretary Rebecca V Suchiang informed that a total of 17 students from Meghalaya are currently trapped in Ukraine.
