President Trump released his fiscal 2018 budget, and it’s so unusually cruel that it’s something that could only be concocted in the mind of a greedy, sociopathic billionaire. It includes cuts to food stamps, education, medicaid, social security disability, the Environmental Protection Agency, and calls for the elimination of a plethora of programs aimed at helping the poor.
