Libyan factions reach deal on solving country's crisis

Libya's political rivals have signed a deal aimed at resolving the country's political crisis. They've agreed to hold elections within two years. It's hoped the agreement will end the violence and chaos that have split Libya, since former leader Moammar Gaddafi was ousted in 2011. Al Jazeera's Victoria Gatenby reports.
