Stove and hot water heater are there, but do not work because of propane issues. Fridge was replaced with electric bar fridge. Microwave works. Water system works. Front brakes, wheel bearings & shocks replaced last season. (2021). Roof needs resealed. Interior ceiling above front bed needs replaced. Plenty of storage inside and out. Includes back tool box.
