AAP does not ‘agree’ with the Supreme Court order: Atishi after Manish Sisodia’s bail plea rejected

After Supreme Court dismissed Manish Sisodia’s bail plea, Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi reiterated that Aam Aadmi Party was an honest party, is an honest party, and will remain an honest party in the future. Atishi further said that AAP respects Supreme Court order but will explore legal options too. The Supreme Court has repeatedly raised the question, "If the Enforcement Directorate cannot trace the money reaching Manish Sisodia, how can the question of money laundering and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) arise?" Taking action solely based on the statement of Dinesh Arora, who himself is an accused turned approver, who can say anything to save himself, seems unwarranted. The Aam Aadmi Party respects the Supreme Court and respectfully expresses its disagreement. The Aam Aadmi Party was an honest party, is an honest party, and will remain an honest party in the future. #atishi #aamaadmiparty #manishsisodia #aap Subscribe to The Times of India's YouTube channel: http://goo.gl/WgIatu For daily news & updates and exclusive stories, follow the Times of India Facebook:   / timesofindia   Instagram:   / timesofindia   Download the app: http://toi.in/3SLUCa80 Follow the TOI WhatsApp channel: https://bit.ly/3RYl0J9 Follow TOI+ for well-researched and in-depth news and analysis Facebook:   / timesofindiaplus   Twitter:   / toiplus   Instagram:   / toi_plus
