Missouri Representative and House Floor Leader Dean Plocher has said he'll never allow HB2118 (Stand Your Ground Enhancement Act) on the floor for debate or perfection. He's also apparently colluded with Representative Rudy Veit to completely derail Suzie Pollock's HB2009 bill that gives parents control over vaccinations for their school aged children (the most popular bill in Missouri's legislature this year).
