NS GP38-3 Switches Armstrong in Kankakee, IL

I did not get to catch it on Brookmont Blvd. where the actual plant is located, but I followed the local working through Valspar Paint in Kankakee, basically following Illinois Route 50. They do this switch usually at night or in the evening. This is one of their later in the day runs, being right at 11pm. Hope you enjoyed! Joshua
