Swapan's Declaration of Faith at MCC

A wonderful way to end Ramadan at MCC East Bay on July 5, 2016. Last night, Swapan stopped by MCC and took his Shahada (declaration of faith) with Qari Amar Bellaha after Isha prayers. Thank you Swapan for allowing us to share this momentous occasion in your life. You are our brother and we are here to support you. This was the second Shahada at MCC during Ramadan 2016. The first was the day prior when Shaykh Hamza Yusuf visited MCC to give our final Friday sermon in Ramadan 2016 (Jumat-al-Widah Khutbah). A young lady visiting from Florida who had watched his videos online and who was inspired by his words took the Shahada with Shaykh Hamza in the MCC conference room.
