SUPER KAWAII OTACON (reupload)

EDIT #2: The original name of the animation is "SUPER KAWAII OTACON" which i found on Newgrounds. https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/vie... Its a restored reupload of the animated version of "Otacon Caught In The Act". I reuploaded this since the original animation cannot be found in Youtube but thanks to the Metal Gear Cringe Compilation created by TheGuy2007...
