In the UK I love it when spring graces us with its beautiful presence. The perfect time to go for a walk in the woods and to go pick me some fresh wild garlic. When you walk through a part of the woodland that has wild garlic growing the smell hits you and I think wow how fresh and fragrant. I then start thinking of all the recipes I could make using the fresh wild garlic. This is a great seasonal recipe that is super easy to make and absolutely delicious.
