A) I have a modified game.ini that removes all the advantages SP games have vs Official Dedicated Servers. For this fight, here are the config lines I have added to game.ini to make it Official & remove the 3x dmg modifier on SP for Titans. You will see from the dmg numbers my Gigas do to the Titan that the 3x multiplier is removed.
