Wood turning a Dizzy Bowl Goblet natural edge cherry base

I decided to combine a Dizzy bowl style turning with a natural piece of wood. The base is made from cherry and the top is made from Maple-Purple Heart-Padauk- Walnut and Jarrah It was fun but a slow process to get to the end. What do you think? Was it worth it?
