Two terrorists including top LeT commander Ishfaq Ahmed Dar killed in Shopian encounter

Shopian encounter: An encounter breaks out at Check Sadiq Khan area of Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir. Police and Security forces are on the job. On this encounter IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said Two terrorists including a top commander of proscribed terror outfit LeT, Ishfaq Dar alias Abu Akram was neutralized. Akram was active here since 2017. He was a Police Constable earlier & was involved in many killings of Police personnel & civilians. Both were residents of Shopian. The security forces recovered incriminating materials including arms and ammunition from the encounter site. A search operation is currently underway.
